Vission and mission

Vision:-

Improved sustainable development of water resources in Bangladesh through participatory water management, protection of people's lives and property through water related disaster management and improvement of socio-economic status of the people by ensuring food security through development of irrigation system.


Mission: -

Under the strategic plan, flood control, development of drainage and irrigation systems, prevention of river erosion, land reclamation, salinity reduction and integrated coastal area management to address the adverse effects of climate change, food security, poverty alleviation and water management.
